In-Progress Requests: You can find the support tickets you had in-progress before the migration by clicking My Tickets from the homepage or the Support dropdown menu
New Support Requests: To create a new support request, click Submit a Ticket from the homepage or the Support dropdown menu

2024.12.12 Release Updates

Added

  • LCD-41364 - Cookie Preference Management: Added a new tab on the Preferences page that allows users to manage their cookie consent preferences.
  • LCD-41645 - View Certificate Expiration Date: The expiration dates of certificates are now listed on the Certificates page with indicators to inform users of expired certificates and certificates that are about to expire.

Bug Fixes

  • LCD-43023 - OpenVPN Setup Bug: Fixed an issue where certain OpenVPN setups would fail to connect.
