In-Progress Requests: You can find the support tickets you had in-progress before the migration by clicking My Tickets from the homepage or the Support dropdown menu
New Support Requests: To create a new support request, click Submit a Ticket from the homepage or the Support dropdown menu

  • LCD-37608 - Improved Security for Liferay API GraphQL Server: Increased protection against common threats in GraphQL APIs, improving our security posture and following best practices.
  • LCD-38754 - Maintenance Mode for Storage Display: Temporarily placed the storage display on the Plans & Usage page in maintenance mode in order to reassess and improve the overall user experience.

Bug Fixes

  • LCD-36975 - Removed Broken Link on the Overview and Activities Pages: Removed a link to the Deploy a Build page on the Overview and Activities pages that would cause the page to hang after clicking the link.
  • LCD-38568 - Fixed Configuration Issue for ECK Search Service: Resolved an issue where the Elasticsearch configuration couldn't be changed using environment variables or updating elasticsearch.yml.
  • LCD-38717 - 20 Environment Limit: Fixed an issue where attempting to create more than 20 environments in a project would cause it to fail with a 400 Bad Request response.
