How do I receive notifications when my activation keys are about to expire?
Expiration Notifications will be sent to your email when the activation key is about to expire in 30 days, 15 days, and on the day of expiration.
When generating a new activation key with an end date, you will be subscribed to receive Expiration Notifications by default. If you would rather not receive these notifications, simply toggle off the Expiration Notifications setting before selecting Generate New.
To manage Expiration Notifications for a specific activation key after its been generated, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Customer Portal
- Click on the desired activation key in the activation key table
- There will be a pop up screen that appears showcasing the Environment, Server and Activation Status of the key. Towards the bottom, there will be the option to manage your Expiration Notification.
- Please note that this option will only appear for activation keys with an end date.
a. Toggle on to receive Expiration Notifications for this activation key
b. Toggle off to opt out of receiving Expiration Notifications for this activation key
