How do I generate a complimentary key?
As a Support Administrator to your project, you will have the option to download a complimentary key for any active product that you've purchased.
- Go to Customer Portal and select the appropriate project.
- Navigate to the left sidebar and under Product Activation, select the appropriate product.
- Click on the Actions button in the right corner and select Generate New
- You’ll then be prompted to select the Product, Version and Key type
- Under Subscription, you'll be able to select a current subscription or select Complimentary
- After completing the form, your complimentary key will be listed as a single line item.
Important Notes:
- Each customer project is offered one free complimentary key. Any subsequent requests will require Sales approval.
The complimentary key has a set instance sizing 4 and a duration of 30 days.
If the start date is in the past, it cannot be more than 30 days earlier, to ensure the key is active.
