Summary

On September 26th, 2024, at 11:20am PDT , Analytics Cloud SDK version 1.1.10 was released. This update caused issues with versions 7.3 and below of the DXP portal, leading to a rollback on September 27th at 12:01pm PDT to mitigate the impact.

A subsequent release of SDK 1.1.10 was made on October 8th, 2024, at 06:23am PDT, addressing additional internal feature updates . Following this release, additional issues were detected, prompting another rollback process, which started on October 10th at 10:27am PDT.

As a result, some clients, particularly those using DXP versions 7.3 and below, may have experienced traffic disruptions. All versions released on DXP will undergo automated testing to ensure this does not happen again, guaranteeing compatibility for these versions, along with our canary release process.
