On May 16th at 4:14 PM PDT, one of our clusters experienced an infrastructure issue that impacted our data ingestion process. The issue was resolved on May 17th at 9:10 AM PDT.
During this time frame, approximately 40-50% of the events collected by customers in the Frankfurt region were not ingested into our database. However, the impacted data is securely backed up and we are currently working on restoring it.
