Bug Fixes

• Memory alerts 0% were being emitted improperly
• New builds were not being automatically deployed from Jenkins to DXP Cloud
• Validation messages when creating a new account was inconsistent
• Resend user confirmation email was not working
• The system showed only the environments available for deployment, not those that the user has the "Guest" role.
• Deleting environment was returning 500 error
• Creating more than one environment was returning an error
