Customers may use the product with certain networking technologies (e.g., TCP, UDP, IPv6) without affecting their ability to receive Subscription Services as long as the Application Server, Database, JDK and Operating Systems used by customers are certified for use with the product as indicated on the Compatibility Matrix.

Customers may need to configure the product's clustering options in order for the product to operate within certain networking environments as documented in the Clustering coverage article.
