Support Language Matrix

Our global support team communicates with customers in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, or Japanese.  The designated language of support is dependent on the support region, as well as the line of support.

When submitting a support ticket or communicating with the support team by phone, please describe the issue, or question, in the designated language, as outlined in the table below.

If a request is submitted in a non-designated language, the assigned Support Engineer will request a translation of the issue from the customer, since we are only able to handle requests in the designated languages listed below.
