2025.02.13 - Incident Report - February 6th -13th, 2025
We are currently experiencing issues with our data pipeline, resulting in intermittent data ingestion failures in the following regions:
- São Paulo, Brazil
- London, England
- Oregon, USA
- Mumbai, India
The affected data range spans from February 6th to February 13th. While not all projects were consistently impacted, this timeframe represents the full duration in which ingestion inconsistencies were observed.
During this period, data ingestion was unreliable; however, no data has been lost, as we have backups available for reprocessing. We are actively working on resolving the issue and restoring the affected data from our backups.
We expect this to be fully resolved within the next week and will provide another update once the restoration process is complete. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
