Cloud Activation

How do I activate my Liferay SaaS? (Video Tutorial)

Administrators when first accessing their project on Customer Portal are presented with the activation form for Liferay SaaS. If this step was skipped, please navigate to the left sidebar navigation, expand Activation and select Liferay SaaS

Upon selecting Liferay SaaS, you will see the current status of your activation form. If it has not been completed yet, the status will display Not Activated. 

 


Please click the link labeled as Finish Activation and fill out the required information: 

  • Project ID (Note: This Project ID cannot be changed.) 
  • Primary Region
  • Project Admin’s First and Last Name
  • Project Admin’s Email Address
  • Appoint your Critical Incident Contact(s) , Privacy Breach Contact(s), and Security Breach Contact(s)

Once the form is submitted, your information will be sent to our Liferay team for processing and the Activation Status will change to In Progress. 

 

Activation will be completed within 1-3 business days and Administrators will be notified via email. Your Activation Status will then change to Active.
