While Liferay Subscription Services provides support for Liferay Cloud in its docker images for the different services and other features which make up the Liferay Experience Cloud stack, it does not extend this support for any custom docker images or services.

Issues that are encountered while leveraging the Liferay Cloud “Custom Images and Services addon” are the responsibility of the customer. This extends towards the setup and configurations of any such custom images and services.

In general, Subscription Services will support all official Liferay Cloud-provided Liferay images, services, and features that run on the Liferay Cloud platform. This also includes any product defects and issues involving the docker or infrastructure layers of Liferay Cloud.
