Starting September 18, 2025 Liferay has introduced the product experience management capability to better understand your administrative team’s needs and improve your experience with Liferay. As communicated back in September, a progressive rollout meant to validate these capabilities has been implemented. On February 12, 2026 the rollout reached 100% of Liferay Cloud customers (SaaS and PaaS).

What to Expect:

• Direct Feedback: Your team can share feedback directly inside the product
• In-App Support (phased): You'll begin to see personalized guides that help teams get more from key features
• Faster Improvements: Usage insights will inform our roadmap so we can continuously enhance the product.

Administrators will see a cookie consent banner on first login after that date to manage preferences. If they accept, we’ll collect usage insights to improve the experience.

We’re also updating our privacy policy and cookie policy to reflect these changes.
