You acknowledge that in the event Liferay provides a replacement license key for the software as requested, regardless of whether an agreement for the provision of services for such software has been terminated, such replacement license key does not affect the scope of any license previously granted to Company by Liferay for such software. Any limitations or obligations with respect to such grant still apply, including but not limited to with respect to the number of licensed servers or other units, as applicable. You represent that, unless expressly authorized under such previously granted license, you will discontinue use of the license key intended to be replaced by this request.
