Scripted recipients and timer

You can already use scripts for assignment etc. but you can't script the recipient of an notification. Like <assignments> has <scripted-assignment>, <recipients> should have <scripted-recipients>. Note: if recipient is empty or null, the notification shouldn't be sent.

Same for task-timer: <delay> should have <scripted-delay>. In my case I have delays of several days but I can't exclude weekend, so a scripted delay would be perfect.
