Categories don't appear after certain number of add operations

Description

When adding categories to an existing vocabulary, the new ones stop appearing on the list after a certain threshold. This is probably caused because the categoriesCount for the selected vocabulary is not getting updated.

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

  1. Start Liferay instance.
  2. Go to control panel and click categories.
  3. Add a vocabulary.
  4. Add categories to the newly create vocabulary.
  5. Try to add a lot of categories till a certain threshold.
  6. Assert the categories shows up.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: f96f18b8ee00d18e4440c182a87a11f1b2bda637.

The new ones stop appearing on the list after a certain threshold.

When adding categories to the exist vocabulary till the certain threshold, there is a "Load More Results" link shows up.
