Description

1. Set Japanese in Language Portlet.
2. Go to Control Panel >Documents and Media .
3. Click Manage -> Metadata Sets -> Add, add a new Metadata (test) with two texts. => Save

You will see an error that Metadata Set cannot be created.

Should make DB support utf-8.
