"Your request processed successfully." message is not displayed when click Save as Draft after creating web content within the Web Content Display portlet or the Asset Publisher portlet

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

Launch a clean bundle
Add the Web Content Display portlet to a page or the Asset Publisher portlet
Click the add content icon to add a piece of web content
Add a title and body to the web content
Click Save as Draft
Intended Result: a "You request has completed successfully" green bar message would display
Actual Result: the page refreshes but no message is displayed

Additional Notes: when saving web content as a draft within the Control Panel the message displays

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.20 EE GA2.

The page refreshes but no message is displayed.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: bd2764ac35a85d98bd73808c6631cd3fd14b974c.

Able to see "You request has completed successfully" green bar message on Web Content Display portlet or Asset Publisher portlet.
