Cannot use Basic Search to find a suborganization site

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an organization called Organization
  2. Create a suborganization called Suborganization in that organization.
  3. Create a site for Suborganization (Under Organization Information click Organization Site and check "Create Site"
  4. Click Control Panel > Sites
  5. Search for the Suborganization

Expected results:
Suborganization should appear as a search result.

Actual result:
Suborganization does not appear as a search result. An organization site will appear in the basic search. The Suborganization site will appear only when using the advanced search. The search works as expected in Portal EE 6.1.20 and Portal EE 6.1.x

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0.34 + MySQL 5.0. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: 81a915de9df6778d3a0624def6906a7a3f2b1416.

When searching for a suborganization site, the site appears as a search result.
