Description

It would be desirable the possibility of define the default language by site.

For example, this feature is interesting when a company is present in different countries and don't share the same language.

I agree. Although we have to be careful with what "Default Language" means. It should mean what is the language in which content is displayed.

It won't affect the language in which a user will see the site, since that depends on his personal preference.

Related to this it should be possible to filter which other languages will be used when creating content in this site. That way content authors of the site will not see language options they will never care about.
