Description

Steps to reproduce

1) Crate a DDM definition with a repeatable date field
2) Create a DDL list for that definition
3) Add a record
4) Click in the + icon to repeat the date field
5) Try to select a date

Date picker for the new date field is not working

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: 6209611facaff68822c8764051158462732a95f1.

Date picker for the new date field is not working.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: 63db4ef969cb9aee2f166b2b38f61a7e53bfa9c6.

Date picker for the new date field works well.

Note: Cannot test it on 6.1.x EE since there is no repeatable function of date field on 6.1.x EE.
