Description
Steps to Reproduce
1. Add document/media portlet
2. Add image file to Home page
3. Add "Test" folder to Home page
4. Go inside "Test" folder
5. Create a shortcut linking to the image
- Add>Shortcut>Site:Select>liferay.com>select the image file
6. Save
7. While still inside "Test", hover over the image icon, click the drop down menu and select "checkout" - Image will be checked out
- checkin the image to reset
8.Now, click the checkbox so the image icon is highlighted
9. Actions>checkout
10. Nothing happens
*If you go back out to the Home page, checking the image box and clicking Actions>checkout results in the image being checked out*
PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.20 EE GA2.
Checkin and Checkout in Actions on the top do not work for shortcut.
