View source button in CKEditor is not visible in Blogs if inline editing is disabled

Verify that the Source button is visible in the CKEditor along with the rest of the editing buttons. For announcements Add a new page. Add the announcements portlet to the page. Click the Manage Entries tab. Choose a distribution scope. Click Add Entry. Verify that the Source button is visible in the CKEditor along with the rest of the editing buttons. For wiki Add a new page. Add the wiki portlet to the page. Click to link to add content to the front page. At the format drop down, select HTML. Verify that the Source button is visible in the CKEditor along with the rest of the editing buttons. For the message board and web content, add the portlet to the page and click to add a new thread or article and verify that the Source button is visible in the CKEditor. Fixed on: Tomcat 7 + MySQL 5.
