A site admin should be capable of browsing, editing, deleting and adding DDM Structures and DDM Templates via WebDav

Currently there are four apps using DDM framework (journal, doc lib, ddl and adt).
It would be great it the site administrator could manage all structures and templates via webdab to reduce the amount of time needed to deploy a long list of structures and templates needed to build a portal.

How to test this feature:

create
Journal Structures and templates
Application Display templates
DDL data definitions and templates

Access the portal via webdav (depending on you OS, there can be different ways to accomplish this: http://www.liferay.com/es/community/wiki/-/wiki/Main/WebDAV)

Go to any of these folders and navigate through them, view, edit templates and structures
dav://localhost:8080/webdav/guest/dynamic_data_lists
dav://localhost:8080/webdav/guest/journal
dav://localhost:8080/webdav/guest/application_display_template
