Staging/lars documents and media listing should have an extension list of what we do or do not want to upload

When trying to stage or produce a lar, there are currently no options to exclude certain file extensions from the list. This would make it more intuitive to choose which types of extensions should be pushed over to the live site or if they should be excluded altogether. A simple checklist below the "folders and documents" list could show the allowed extensions in this case.
