Description

Private fields are fields that are not part of DDM Structure but when defined in the portal.properties, it's a way to users save and retrieve them from the StorageEngine API.

The fieldsTree private field added with this ticket is used to store the hierarchy of the rendered form. It is specially useful when repeatable fields are used under nested fields.

Because we store the field values in a flat manner, this information is required to render the form appropriately.
