Description

Changing time zones will cause an all day event to add an extra day

  1. Go to month view
  2. Add an All Day Event (Use Global Time Zone flagged)
  3. Click Wrench > Config
  4. Unflag Use Global Time Zone
    • Select UTC-8
    • Select month view
    • Save

System add an extra day before the created date (UTC-8)

  1. Click Wrench > Config
    • Select UTC+8

System add an extra day after the created date (UTC+8)

If you add a multi-day all day event in step 2 it'll do the same thing

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: a75904ca71792124740c1404820670f05bac58ee.
Plugins 6.2.x GIT ID: bcc93ebf92021a82e981f97bce6994480780e56c.

The Calendar no longer appends extra days to All-Day Events when changing time zones. Everything seems to be working correctly, and no errors appear on the console.
