Unable to save DDM repeatable fields if nested fields are used

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

  1. Add DDLD portlet.
  2. Click Add List button.
  3. Fill name and description, then click Select link under the data definition.
  4. Click Add button.
  5. Drag and drop some field to next space eg: Text and Text Box.
  6. Drag and drop Text field inside to Text box.
  7. Double click field, then change repeatable setting to yes.
  8. Then save.
  9. Click Add Record button.
  10. Fill all of text box then publish.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: b0508004eec1367d3b5936a7652f835d6cd5feb2.

Users unable to save the value, cause NPE exception.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: c451ecaac9e72cc3e1ec6930dfba7fc6e9662284.

Users able to save repeatable field.
