When dragging web content into a folder in the Descriptive view, it can only be dropped in the title and not in the complete target folder area

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

  1. Go to Web Content in Control Panel
  2. Add a Folder
  3. Add a Web Content
  4. Change to Descriptive view
  5. Drag WC into Folder somewhere to its right (in the green target folder area, created when dragging and hovering the WC over the target folder area).

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0.27 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: fa3c9d3f0fd0a5944fa9287ba2f8952dd8f1c5eb.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0.27 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: 06c0ffa551d69dc14bba19931a48c8f7ba6807bb.

WC drag and drops into folder through anywhere in the target folder area; no exceptions occurred.
