The web application have to process the payload sent by Github web hooks after a pull request is sent to a repository, being able to know:

1. The sender of the pull request
2. The URL of the pull request .patch file
3. The repository name that received the pull request

CLosing as won't fix because we don't need a web application. We will use a jenkins-github-pull-request plugin to update pull request statuses
