Upgrading Kaleo: unable to design existing workflows with the kaleo designer

Description

After upgrading to 6.1 it's not able to modify the workflow design for a workflow defined before the upgrade.

Steps to reproduce:
1- Startup 6.0.12 portal
2- Deploy kaleo web
3- Shutdown the portal
4- Upgrade to 6.1GA1 or 6.1GA2
5- Deploy kaleo web, kaleo forms and kaleo designer (and the new upgrade hook for kaleo if you needed)
6- Drag and drop the kaleo form in a page
7- Add a new process selecting single approver as workflow and Edit

You won't be able to see the workflow design and the attached exception is thrown "designing_workflow_exception.txt".

NOTE: You won't have any problem if you use kaleo for first time in 6.1
New definitions uploaded after the upgrade will work properly.

FAILED Manual Testing using the following steps:

  1. Build Kaleo Web, Kaleo Upgrade Hook, Kaleo Designer, and Kaleo Forms.
  2. Deploy plugins
    Attached stacktrace (kaleoerror.txt) will appear.
    Workflow configuration will not be present in control panel.

Failed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.20 EE GA2.
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.x EE GIT ID: 735bda4ca966455d48894fe300aa163211efac68.
Plugins 6.1.x GIT ID: 84956bc56495bb7af96fc2e561d14dbe67236c75.

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.0.12 to 6.1 EE GA2.
Plugins 6.0.12 to 6.1 EE GA2.

Console errors are present when a user edits a workflow.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1. EE GA2.
Plugins 6.1.x GIT ID: fbb6ecc956a49fe5e29261472ea61d0afc52731e.

User is able to edit a workflow with no errors.
