NPE in setExtension method

Nullpointer could be caused when producer does not properly populate extension name in the XML element or attribute name. This is the case for Oracle producers.

PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

1. Start 606(producer) and 6120(consumer) bundle.
2. Deploy wsrp-portlet(deploy to 606 and 6120) and primefaces3-portlet-3.0.0-ga1.war(deploy to 606).
3. 606 add a producer.
   1. Go to Control Panel => WSRP => Producers.
   2. Click Add Producer.
   3. Move PrimeFaces3 portlet from available to current, then save.
   4. Copy the URL.
4. 6120 add consumer.
   1. Go to Control Panel => WSRP => Consumers.
   2. Click Add Consumer.
   3. Paste the url to URL field, then save.
   4. Manage portlet, then add the portlet.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.20 EE GA2.
Plugins 6.1.20 EE GA2.

Cause NPE error message.
