Description

Issue
The buttons on the documents and media portlet in IE7 do not render properly, and do so with an overlay of arrow symbols.

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Open Liferay in Internet Explorer 7 (or IE8 compatibility mode)
2) Go to or add Documents and Media portlet
3) Scroll to the bottom of the portlet
4) See the overlaid <<, <, >, and >>

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + SQL Server 2008. Portal 6.1.1 CE GA2.

You can see the overlaid <<, <, >, and >>.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + SQL Server 2008. Portal 6.1.x EE GIT ID: 8d96de1023c25d13bdfc8c532132df3a38d3e323.
Tomcat 7.0 + SQL Server 2008. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: d2e76527eda602d46fb0e5bdc67ebd89f6a1c6b4.

You can not see the <<, <, >, and >>. You can see the correct icon.
