Not all day and not timezone sensitive repeating events are displayed one day after

Description

1. Configure the server to default timezone with other than GMT/UTC, eg: -Duser.timezone=Europe/Madrid
2. Start the server
3. Set Display Settings of the Portal to timezone UTC+1 from Control Panel -> Portal Settings -> Display settings
4. Set Display Settings of the User to timezone UTC+1 from My account -> Display settings
5. Go to Control Panel -> Calendar and Add event such as:
a) Title: test monday
c) Set date to monday november/19/2012
b) Not All Day Event
c) Not Timezone Sensitive
d) Repeat weekly: monday

Results: The event is displayed on tuesday november/20/2012 and all next tuesdays.

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.20 EE GA2.

The event is displayed on Tuesday November/20/2012 and all next Tuesday.
