Description

Now that deployment is thread safe, make it possible to set appServerType.

When module framework is enbabled, we do not consinder the app server running Liferay as the target or deployment. Instead we consinder the app server to be Liferay's module framework. Therefore we need to make it possible to specify the appServerType to a value different than the app server running Liferay.
