GroupLocalServiceUtil.getGroups method returns empty list when the 'parentIGroupId' parameter is ANY_PARENT_GROUP_ID.

Description

Try to get the group's list across the GroupLocalServiceUtil.getGroups method when the 'parentGroupId' parameter is ANY_PARENT_GROUP_ID the result is an empty list.

When I change the 'parentGroupId' to any of the others constants I receive the correct result.eu
