Display all categories in tree component could destabilize the navigator

Description

The aui-tree component could collapse the reserved memory of the navigator if there are too many nodes (categories)

So, an alternative mechanism of pagination must be provided. It's desired configure the page size via properties to allow adjust for specified use-cases, or disable the pagination if would be necessary.

Steps to display the componenet:

1.Create a new vocabulary -> add categories

2.Add a new web content -> Click Categorization -> Select the vocabulary

Results: All categories are displayed

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: b22c21d71cdd8294726c6e896fbe4b2d7775faf0.

All categories are displayed in Asset Categories Selector.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: bd5bd242dcc5c44e545554dba283658f86db9e3c.

If there are more than 50 categories, showing "Load more results" link in Asset Categories Selector.
