Cannot click Publish button for web content articles with certain web content structures

Description

COMPONENT: Web Content Management
1. Create a Web Content Structure with following xml:

<?xml version="1.0"?>

<root>
<dynamic-element name="body" type="text_area" index-type="" repeatable="false">
<dynamic-element name="body" type="text_area" index-type="" repeatable="false"/>
</dynamic-element>
</root>

2. Create a web content that uses the structure
3. Cannot click publish

This only happens when both elements are "Text Area (HTML)".

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.20 EE GA2.

Can not click Publish button.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.x EE GIT ID: 0c900459c529e4c4fbe88805cf683138c663bfa3.
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: 9f4a65883a9aabefa8b874eadbcaf246e0bcb9f2.

Able to publish web content.
