Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to control panel and add a template with adding the structure.
2. After created the template you will be redirected to the home folder.
Result: You are unable to see the structure you just added. If refresh page the structure type will appear.
Excepted result: You should see the structure type after you created.
