Deleting categories sometimes have wrong leftCategoryId/rightCategoryId values

Description

In certain cases, deleting a category will result in incorrect left/right categoryIds.

1. Create a category tree structure that looks something like

10

2. Delete category 2 (this will also delete all of its children: 3,4,5,6).

3. Check the left/right categoryId values of category 7,8,9,10. They will not have the correct left/right categoryId values.

FAILED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.20 EE GA2.

Check the left/right categoryId values of category 7,8,9,10. They will not have the correct left/right categoryId values.

Failed on:

Check the left/right categoryId values of category 7,8,9,10. They will not have the correct left/right categoryId values.
