Description

build the slogan contest portlet example from the book "liferay in action" (after slight changes to adapt to 6.1)
create a couple slogans.
Create an asset publisher to show the slogans.
Configure display type as full content.
Try to type a comment
-> success message, but comment not added (not in database).

Great to here it is working in 6.2.0.

Just to clarify (and avoid a potential premature 'resolved' status):

  • comments to assets in 6.1 GA2 also work.
  • the liferay-ui:discussion taglib entry doesn't work in FullContent view in asset publisher with multiple assets... (as used in the slogan contest example of 'Liferay in Action').
