Description

For the new staging architecture there are a set of base classes, interfaces and frameworks have to be implemented before implementing the actual staging changes. This story is the placeholder for these base like changes for the new staging.

You're right, a more detailed description is definitely needed. Máté should be able to provide that.

At the time I helped him write the summary we couldn't think of something more specific than "faster and more maintainable" but maybe we can review that as well now.
