Subscribing to a user's activities displays "untitled" as subject name instead of user name

Description

ISSUE:
On Internet Explorer, when subscribing to a User's activities, the corresponding page displays the Subject Name of "Untitled" . [Cosmetic issue, but needs to project Users' name or other pertinent info other than "Untitled". Screenshot Enclosed.

TO REPRODUCE:
a) Go to a Member's Personal Public Page
b) Click on "Subscribe to User's Activities" via RSS
c) IE will open.

Expected Result: The name of the RSS pertaining to the member should appear
Actual Result: RSS link appears, shows "Untitled" as subject name.

Compare this with the RSS feed link for the blogs portlet and you will see the user name as the title/subject.

NOTES: Only seen in Internet Explorer. No titles shown in Firefox or Chrome

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.20 EE GA2.

RSS link appears, shows "Untitled" as subject name.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.x EE GIT ID: 87f7706904947952c6f60068e2c8f7a8f109b928.
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: 5126f13c67a7fd0a4fedf5766d8cca2192fac171.

The name of the RSS pertaining to the member is appear.
