WCM UI Management Folders broken when using HSQL

Description

When using HSQLDB on a fresh instance of Portal, when I log in and go to Control Panel -> Web Content, I get a big ugly stack trace (see attached). Also, I cannot create folders to house web content using the new WCM UI.

If I switch to MySQL everything works.

Note that if it IS the same as LPS-28172 then more than just HSQL is affected.

[EDIT] Removed last update - that is an HSQL issue with Calendar, not WCM. Will create a separate issue!
