When adding a Vocabulary, displaying More Options for permissions hides the ability to add an additional Associated Asset Types

1. Log in as an administrator and navigate to the Control Panel.
2. Click on Categories in the content section of the Control Panel.
3. Click on the Add Vocabulary button and enter a name.

Note that there is are '+' and '-' icons to add or remove an Associated Asset Type in the Associated Asset Types Allow section.

4. Click on the More Options link under the Permissions section.

Note that the '+' and '-' icons are no longer available.
