Description

Steps to reproduce the issue

1)Start LR 6.1 EE GA 2
2)Change value of "-Duser.timezone" from GMT to Europe/Lisbon in setenv.bat file of portal's tomcat/bin.
3)Go to control panel > Portal Settings > Display Settings. Change value of Time Zone dropdown to "Western uropean Time".
4)Login to Admin ac/ and change Admin's Time Zone in Display Settings as well to "Western European Time".
5)Create an Event and make sure that the Time Zone Sensitive checkbox is not checked and save event.

Result: System does not display event properly
Expected: Events should be displayed on the day they are created for

No Longer Reproducible through Manual Testing using the following steps:

1. Navigate to [tomcat_home]/bin/setenv.bat, set -Duser.timezone to Europe/Paris.
2. Create system-ext.properties in [tomcat_home]/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes.
3. Add user.timezone=Europe/Paris in system-ext.properties.
4. Start portal.
5. Sign in as Admin.
6. Add Calendar portlet to a page.
7. Create a repeating event. (Do not check all day and time zone sensitive options.)

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0 + HSQL. Portal 6.1.20 EE GA2.

Repeating event displays a day head.

No Longer Reproducible on:
Tomcat 7.0 + HSQL. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: 48a7c4c1c41473f02a27f554476c2ba257f3933a.

Repeating event displays properly.
