PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

  1. Add the Blogs portlet and click on Add Blog Entry.
  2. Assert newer revision of CKEditor (4.0 vs 3.6.2, see screenshot).
  3. Assert you are able to type in the editor and Save.

Passed on:
Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: aa8cc9f27de8bc9755bd352e20e3f791762d0f81.
