Description
When creating a site associated with an organization, the name of the default page template is different depending on whether or not you have already saved the organization.
1. Control Panel > Users & Organizations > Add > Add Regular Organization
2. Give it a name.
3. Click Organization Site link on right menu
4. Check Create Site check box
Note the default template option for Public Pages and Private Pages is Default – See Save First.png

5. Check Create Site check box

These should be consistent.
