Issue
The only way to find and review properties (system, portal) is to scroll through the page until you see the property name.
Suggestion
A more efficient and user friendly approach is to provide a search function and/or filter to locate properties.
The attached sample screen indicates where the search field could be place on the page.
NOTE: The sample screen is from Liferay Portal 6.1 EE GA2, but the same issue affects all versions of Liferay Portal since at least 5.2.x (CE and EE).
