PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

1. Control Panel > Server Administrator >
2. Click on Clear the direct servlet cache.
3. Wait for "Your request completed successfully."

Fixed on:

Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: af7a102a3b5ab5df9640a083c480406a49d6b07a.
